Singer Miley Cyrus was spotted in New York City wearing a fluffy rainbow coat on December 2, 2015. The 23-year-old stepped out wearing pvc pants, a T-shirt and an eye-catching rainbow coat that caught all our attention.
Miley put her slim legs on display in black pvc pants that she paired with matching T-shirt, while she gave her look a twist with fluffy rainbow coat. She slipped her feet into a pair of black lace-up shoes, and decided not to wear much accessories.
Miley kept her makeup soft, and finished out the look with peach shimmering eyeshadow, few swipes of eyeliner and mascara, a swipe of peach bronzer and a dash of pink lipstick. Miley also sported two buns made of rope on her head.
