Kate Upton has signed up to front a new anti-bullying campaign. It's not a phase children should have to go through. The Sports Illustrated cover girl has filmed a public service announcement for TheBullyProject.com, urging parents and children to help stamp out bullying in schools. In the ad, Upton states, "Thirteen million kids will be bullied in the U.S. this year.
