Hilary Duff was spotted on the set of Younger in New York City on Monday, 29h September, 2014. Hilary was looking pretty in black leather skinny trousers that she wore with a black top and a jacket.
She styled it with beautiful teal-green high heel shoes and a blue leather bag. From her hair to makeup, everything was just perfect. She looked outstanding.
