The 26-year-old English actress Chelsee Healey had heads turning as she was spotted leaving The San Carlo Restaurant & The Neighbourhood Bar in Manchester on 10th January, 2015 wearing an edgy outfit.
Chelsee rocked red skintight PVC pants paired with a black turtleneck top, while teaming her attire with black and gold T-bone sandals and a black leather quilted bag that had a long gold chain. Big gold earrings added some flair to her look.
She wore her hair tied back in a low ponytail, while bold red lips and winged eyes finished out the look. She looked picture perfect and pulled off this look with confidence.
