English TV presenter Sian Welby was spotted at DELAM Luxury Cashmere Brand Launch Event on March 16, 2016. The 29-year-old looked absolutely gorgeous in a black and white ensemble that consisted of tiny hotpants, a chic blouse and a blazer.

Sian showed off her legs in black leather hotpants that she paired with white lace top that she wore over a matching bralet. She also wore a classy black blazer, and slipped her feet into a pair of nude peep-toe heels. Hanging on her right shoulder was a smart gold chained bag.

She was wearing her locks in soft curls which were partially pinned back, while she added a pop of color to her look with maroon manicured nails. She sported a pink palette of makeup, finishing out the look with few swipes of mascara, pink blush and matching lipstick.
