American actress and singer Rumer Willis was photographed leaving Nine zero Salon in West Hollywood on December 10, 2015. The 27-year-old stepped out wearing a casual, yet, chic outfit consisting of tiny hotpants and a jumper.

Rumer put her slender legs on display in black leather tiny hotpants that she teamed with grey jumper, while she rocked a pair of black gladiator sandals that added some flair to her look. She carried a smart leather bag on her left shoulder, and wore several pieces of stylish jewellery.

Rumer sported a black beanie cap over her locks, while she sported a neutral palette of makeup.
