Rose Smith was pictured at the celebration of Barneys New York’s new Downtown flagship store in New York City on March 17, 2016. Rose looked so chic in an all-black ensemble consisting of a mini skirt, a floral top and a jacket.

Rose showcased her slender legs in black leather mini skirt that she paired with matching floral top that she tucked into her skirt, while she also wore a black leather jacket which gave her look an added edge. She carried a trendy black bag on her right shoulder, and donned matching ankle length boots.

She was wearing her blonde tresses swept back off her face, while she kept her makeup soft. Smoky eyeshadow with a hint of shimmer, few swipes of mascara, plenty of pink blush and a dash of matching lipstick polished off her look. Rose looked great in this outfit.
