British singer and actress Kelly Osbourne was spotted out and about in New York City on August 4, 2016. The 31-year-old looked happier than ever as she was seen stepping out of her car and posing for the pictures in New York City.

Kelly was wearing black leather skirt that she teamed with matching T-shirt which she tucked into her skirt. Her outfit clung to her body and highlighted her curves. She slipped her feet into a pair of black pumps, and kept the jewellery to a minimum, wearing only a stylish bracelet.

Kelly sported a full face of makeup, finishing out the look with smoky eyeshadow with a hint of shimmer, few swipes of eyeliner, lashings of black mascara and a slick of lilac lipstick.
